Management App

The app is designed to optimize internal bureaucracy within the company and digitize business operations in relation to its customers, especially with regard to all the necessary documents with which a funeral agency operates.

Technical perspective

Techniques used in development: Ionic 3.x +, Angular 4.x +, TypeScript, Laravel Framework, PHP. Devices on which the app will be used: Tablet with Android, PC, Laptop with any operating system and SmartTV with webOS. Types of users: Land Agent and Office Staff

Functionality

Agents complete all of the original information in a 'Order Sheet' on a tablet. Agents collect all the information necessary for the event and upload the scanned documents required for the funeral to the order book. The order form generates a contract between the parties, sent on the client's email. The contract can be printed and signed physically or can be digitally signed directly by the customer, on-site with the agent, on a special electronic pen signature device. The control sheet will contain all the event identification data The new event data created from the command sheet arrives on a common business calendar accessible to all users of the app, including the physical locations of the company, visible on a Smart TV. Operators at fixed locations will be able to edit the final cost at the end of the event total event (post-factum) for customer billing.
